Practitioner Orders
Receive, acknowledge, and post orders against the resident record.
DALLAS · ASSISTED LIVING · PRODUCT BRIEF
Orders live in one place, the pharmacy list in another, and the med pass in a third — so when two of them disagree, no one can say which one the community should act on. SeniorCRE records the medication workflow as one governed record: the operator declares which source is authoritative for each field, and every administration, exception, and count keeps its lineage. Pre-production: no named-vendor pharmacy connector is live in an operator environment today.

Two ways to run it
Keep the systems you run today and let SeniorCRE govern what they produce, or deploy SeniorCRE itself as the system of record for the areas you choose. Both are supported; the choice belongs to the operator.
Status: capabilities described here are built. No third-party vendor connector is live in operator production today, and no operator production results are published. Named-vendor connectors are roadmap.

Operator-supplied pharmacy files are ingested and reconciled against the order list. Named-vendor pharmacy connectors are ROADMAP.
Record on-hand medications, refills, and cycle fills.
Per-shift narcotic counts with DEA-aligned audit trails.
Double-check requirements for insulin, anticoagulants, and opioids.
State pharmacy board and CMS-aligned documentation.
