Founding Operator Commercialization Program — Cohort I
The SeniorCRE Founding Operator Commercialization Program (Founding Cohort I) is a closed cohort of five senior housing & care operators — portfolios of 10 to 40 communities each — deploying the operator-controlled operating record. There is one governing commercial definition for this program: founding economics are quoted under NDA against the operator’s own portfolio and are never published; the contracted term, snap-back date and post-term rate are set at signing; and production entry is governed by named readiness and acceptance gates rather than a published go-live date. Operators with 41 or more communities are routed to a separate Strategic Enterprise engagement at /contact?engagement=strategic-enterprise.
The one governing commercial definition
Everything commercial about this program resolves to a single record. Cohort: five direct operators. Eligible portfolio: 10 to 40 communities under active management. Economics: quoted under NDA against the operator’s own portfolio, with implementation scope and fees defined in the applicable order form — no price, rate formula or year-one range is published on any SeniorCRE surface. Term: founding economics run for the contracted term stated in the agreement, with the snap-back date and post-term rate set at signing. Expansion: communities added during the term are onboarded by executed addendum, on the basis named in the agreement. Deployment: named gates, not dates. Any figure, month count or service level found elsewhere and not stated here is superseded by this record.
Who the Founding Cohort is for
Founding Cohort I is sized for direct operators running 10 to 40 communities across assisted living, memory care, independent living, or skilled nursing. Eligible operators have an executive sponsor at the CEO, COO, CFO, or Chief Clinical Officer level, a clinical record system already in production and a defined AR / GL system. This is a commercialization program governed by written scope, evidence boundaries, and production-entry gates; no completed operator-production deployment is claimed.
What founding operators receive
Founding commercial terms for the contracted term stated in the agreement; founding advisory status subject to the council charter, with working sessions and direct input into the roadmap; co-development of operator-specified workflows on the cadence set in the agreement; HIPAA-aligned security package and SOC 2 status disclosure; named delivery ownership, with delivery scope and support obligations defined in the applicable order form; a written deployment plan governed by production-entry gates, dependencies and acceptance criteria; and the operator-owned data sovereignty terms codified in Terms of Service § 4 (the operator owns the governed operating record, including aggregated and de-identified forms; no resale to pharma, payers, ACOs, reinsurers, or researchers without an opt-in Data Licensing Addendum). Founding economics are the consideration for documented proof rights — named-reference use, written case documentation and advisory participation, all specified in the agreement.
Selection sequence and how economics are set
Selection runs in four stages: pre-qualification and mutual NDA; architecture and integration-footprint review with the founding team; commercial term sheet; and contracted deployment governed by the agreed readiness and acceptance gates. Economics are sized against the operator’s own portfolio — average community size, number of integrated source systems, care mix, the number of state regulatory and payer environments the record must reconcile, and the number and cadence of governed reporting packages. No year-one figure, per-community rate or comparative saving is published; the quote is delivered under NDA.
Deployment status and timing
No operator deployment is live in production today and no integration is running in an operator production environment. SeniorCRE does not convert a target date into a production claim and publishes no day, week or month go-live commitment. Production entry occurs only when the agreed security, data, integration, governance and operational acceptance gates are satisfied. The named gates are: Authority Workshop Complete, First Source Connected, First Governed Metric, First Community Production, First Governed Board Record, and Portfolio Wave Complete.
Operators with 41 or more communities
Operators at 41 or more communities do not enter Founding Cohort I and are routed to a separate Strategic Enterprise engagement. That track is sized for institutional portfolios, REIT operating partners, and large regional operators requiring dedicated delivery, custom integration design, multi-entity reporting, and executive-level commercial terms scoped directly with SeniorCRE leadership. How to apply and what to expect
Access to the full program overview is gated behind a short pre-qualification and a mutual NDA. Once the NDA is countersigned, the overview is released to the executive sponsor and an architecture review is scheduled. Applications are reviewed directly by SeniorCRE leadership.
