Who We Serve — One Infrastructure, Multiple Constituencies
SeniorCRE establishes the operator-controlled operating record across those systems. Operators can retain incumbent systems where they work and replace them where SeniorCRE is deliberately selected to assume that role.
On this page
SeniorCRE is not a set of parallel products. It is one operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care. Operators, REITs, investors, brokers, buyers, sellers and vendors read the same governed operating record from different seats, at different scopes of authority.
Key points
- Operators are the constituency the infrastructure is built around. SeniorCRE establishes the operator-controlled operating record across the clinical, workforce, financial and CRM systems an operator retains — and can assume selected system-of-record functions, including EHR and eMAR, where the operator deliberately chooses that configuration.
- Occupancy, acuity, agency spend, and NOI defined once by the operator and enforced wherever the number is read
- The operator names which system is authoritative for medication, workforce, ledger, and census — by community and by domain
- Disagreement between census, ADT, billing, eMAR, and payroll resolved by governed rule rather than rebuilt downstream each month
- Every governed value traces back to the originating event in the system that produced it
- Keep the clinical, workforce, accounting and scheduling systems already in place. The operator declares which of them is authoritative for each figure; replacement is not required
- Where the operator is replacing an incumbent or opening a new community, SeniorCRE can carry clinical documentation, eMAR, scheduling, billing and related workflows directly
- Retention risk scored on the reconciled workforce record and routed to a named human owner
