- Each listing has a "Contact Broker" button that allows you to send an inquiry directly to the listing agent. You can also browse our broker directory to find specialists in your target market.
- Is there a fee to use SeniorCRE?
- SeniorCRE is free for Brokers, Buyers, Sellers, and Investors — including full access to listings, financial data, AI tools, and all platform features. Only Vendors and institutional Operators have paid plans.
- How do I list my property for sale?
- If you're a broker or owner, you can submit a listing through our platform. Contact us at support@seniorcre.com for assistance with the listing process.
