The Rule We Operate Under
The resident owns the story; the operator owns its operations. Any restriction on electronic health information requires a written justification under a specific regulatory exception, tailored to a specific risk, never to a category of user or technology.
The Seven Principles

The API-Equivalence Test
SeniorCRE's own products consume the same APIs, under the same limits, as any third party. A requester does not need to be a customer to receive the same access a SeniorCRE module receives, and denials must meet the same documented exception standard.

Fees, Tiers, and What We Never Charge For
Data export at termination is free, in standard formats, on defined timelines. API fees are cost-based, published, and uniform. There are no fees for portability, interoperability, or switching.
Governance and Escalation
Access decisions, denials, and justifications are logged, audited, and reported in an annual public transparency report. Escalation contacts are published for legal, privacy, security, and technical API questions.
