Pilot → prove → scale, defined
Pilot: one community, one workflow, a written success definition, and a named operator owner. Prove: the operator compares model output against their own source records in a validation environment and signs off on lineage, not on a demo. Scale: the workflow is turned on community-by-community only after that sign-off, with the ability to disable any model without disabling the underlying operating record.
Governance and disclosure
Model use is logged in the same immutable event log as the operating record, so a survey, audit, or lender review can see which outputs informed which decisions. SeniorCRE publishes no clinical outcome claims for AI features and does not represent any model as diagnostic. SOC 2 Type I and Type II are in progress; status is published on the Trust Center rather than as a target date.

- Where does the training and inference data come from?
- From the operator’s own reconciled operating record inside their tenant. The operator remains the HIPAA Covered Entity and retains export rights; SeniorCRE acts as a Business Associate. Operator data is not pooled into a vendor-owned corpus for other customers.
- Can an operator turn a model off?
- Yes. Each intelligence surface is configurable and can be disabled per tenant without disabling the operating record beneath it. That separation is deliberate: the record is the durable asset, the models are optional layers above it.
- What is the honest status of AI capability today?
- Shipped in main and exercised in validation environments — not operator production. Predictive surfaces such as WRIE flight-risk scoring are in pilot validation. Founding Operator deployments begin September 2026, and no clinical or financial outcome claims are published ahead of operator-verified evidence.
