How implementation works
SeniorCRE® does not begin by replacing PointClickCare®, MatrixCare®, Yardi®, ALIS®, ECP or Eldermark. Operators keep what works; SeniorCRE® governs the reconciled operating record above those systems. Published timelines are design targets exercised in validation environments, not operator-production guarantees.
The phased deployment sequence
Discovery and system inventory, data mapping and reconciliation rules, parallel operation against the incumbent record, workflow and role enablement, governed cutover of decision reporting, and stabilization — each phase with named owners on both the SeniorCRE® and operator side and explicit exit criteria.
What is committed and what is not
Committed: reconciliation rules published in advance, parallel-run design so no operating decision depends on an unverified record, named owners per phase, and an audit trail for every migrated field. Not committed: outcome guarantees, clinical result claims, or dated go-live promises. Timelines are design targets and are labeled as such.
