There is one entry motion, because there is one condition almost every operator is actually in: you run an established EHR plus a patchwork of billing, scheduling and accounting systems, and you keep them.
The default motion
Build status governs this page. LIVE means the capability is shipped in main, wired to persistence, and exercised in SeniorCRE-operated demo and validation environments. It does not mean an operator is running it in production. As of July 30, 2026 there is no completed operator pilot and no operator production deployment, and “live with operators today” is a prohibited claim. A subset of shipped surfaces remains under pre-pilot validation and is being disabled or labeled accordingly. Founding Operator deployment dates are not yet scheduled and remain to be determined.
One governed operating record
Six canonical entities — Resident, Care Plan, Ledger, Shift, Property/Unit and Entity — carry declared ownership, role-scoped access, reconciliation state, and lineage. This is the architecture claim everything else nests under, and it is specific enough to be checked.
Quality Occupancy Score
Occupancy is only worth what it costs to hold. The Score reconciles care assessment, billing detail, concession records, and labor and agency spend against each other — which is why it requires the record, and why no visibility overlay can produce it.
Fragmented Operating Truth — and its cost
Fragmented Operating Truth is the condition: the same question answered differently by each system. The Fragmentation Tax is the measured cost of that condition. The tax nests under the condition — it is not a second idea.
Two exceptions — qualification outcomes, not entry points
These are named here for transparency, not for selection. A motion is never proposed before the operating reality is understood, and these two are approved separately because they carry different exposures. They are documented on this page so a buyer can see the gate — not step through it.
These two are the only exceptions currently approved for deployment. Both gates are owned separately: greenfield approval sits with the deployment owner carrying construction and licensure timing; paper turnaround approval requires a named clinical owner and a documented cutover and rollback plan.

- Is SeniorCRE a system of record, or does it sit above ours?
- Both, depending on what is being recorded and which configuration you elect. SeniorCRE is the system of record for the reconciled operating record — Resident, Care Plan, Ledger, Shift, Property and Entity — and it includes its own EHR and eMAR, so it can serve as the clinical system of record for care planning and medication administration. In the default parallel configuration the incumbent eMAR keeps medication administration and SeniorCRE reads one direction only, so exactly one medication record stays authoritative. That is a configuration decision, not a capability limit.
- Why is there only one entry motion?
- Because there is only one condition our beachhead is actually in: they run an established EHR plus a patchwork of adjacent systems, and they keep them. The default motion is the governed operating record above those systems. Greenfield and paper turnaround are real, but they are qualification outcomes reached in conversation — not doors on an entry page.
- Do you offer dashboards or BI on top of our existing systems as a standalone product?
- No. Reporting, portfolio rollups and AI-readiness are consequences of a governed operating record, not an alternative to it. A visibility layer that does not reconcile care assessment, billing detail, concession records and labor and agency data against each other cannot produce a defensible Quality Occupancy Score — it produces a prettier version of the disagreement you already have.
- Will you replace our EHR?
- Not in this motion. The default deployment leaves your clinical system in place and moves no clinical data out of it. Displacing a working installed EHR in an occupied community is not a configuration we currently offer — it carries clinical cutover, controlled substance reconciliation, and survey exposure that we gate separately, and it is not part of the Founding Operator program.
- What does the governed operating record change on Monday morning?
- Leadership, clinical and ownership read numbers with accepted definitions, source authority, reconciliation state, and lineage. The first question we ask is usually the plainest one: what did you spend on agency labor last month, and can you reconcile that figure against census, acuity, and margin under the authority rule for that decision?
- How do the two exception motions get approved?
- Both require written approval before scoping, and they are approved separately because they carry different exposures. Greenfield carries construction and licensure timing risk. A paper turnaround carries clinical cutover risk in an occupied building. Neither is presented as a self-serve option, and neither is proposed before the operating reality is understood.
- What does "sales-led pricing" mean?
- Commercial terms are not published. Structure, rates, and implementation scope are provided under NDA in a written quote scoped to your portfolio. Scope reflects the portfolio and the census governed, so buildings of different size are not treated the same. There is no self-serve checkout page.
- What is live today?
- Shipped and validated, not yet operator-proven. Every capability described on this site is exercised in SeniorCRE-operated demo and validation environments. As of July 30, 2026 no operator is running any of it in production and no operator pilot has been completed. Founding Operator deployment dates are not yet scheduled and remain to be determined.
