Keep your systems. Or run on SeniorCRE.
SeniorCRE supports two deployment models because operators start from different places. The category does not change: SeniorCRE is the operating infrastructure for senior housing & care. What changes is how much of the stack the operator asks it to carry.
Road 1 — Govern what you have
The operator keeps the EHR/eMAR, workforce, accounting, CRM, and scheduling systems already in place. SeniorCRE sits above that environment and establishes the governed operating record across it: definitions, source authority, reconciliation, lineage, and then governed decisions.
No rip-and-replace is required. This is the category-defining motion and remains the primary corporate narrative.
Road 2 — Run on SeniorCRE
SeniorCRE can run core clinical and operational workflows directly — charting, resident management, eMAR, scheduling, and billing — and serve as the operator’s system of record for those domains, while connecting the systems the operator chooses to keep.
Common entry conditions are consolidation, replacement of an incumbent at renewal, and greenfield openings. A parallel configuration never creates two writable medication records.
The two roads, side by side
Two deployment models beneath one category.| Dimension | Govern what you have | Run on SeniorCRE |
|---|
| Starting condition | Existing systems, stable or mid-contract. | Replacement, consolidation, or greenfield. |
|---|
| SeniorCRE’s role | Governance layer above the stack. | System of record plus operating platform. |
|---|
| EHR / eMAR | Keep the incumbent if desired. | SeniorCRE can provide it. |
|---|
| Accounting, workforce, CRM | Connect. | Connect, or selectively replace. |
|---|
| Operating record | Governs across the operator’s systems. | Governs SeniorCRE plus the remaining systems. |
|---|
| Migration philosophy | No rip-and-replace required. | Replacement by operator choice. |
|---|
| Core promise | Govern across the stack. | Become part of the stack. |
|---|
Both roads end in the same place
Either road can lead to the same destination: an operator-controlled enterprise operating record. An enterprise can run SeniorCRE as its EHR and eMAR — making SeniorCRE authoritative for clinical and medication facts — while keeping workforce, accounting, and CRM systems and governing across all of them.
“Govern first. Replace only by choice.” does not mean SeniorCRE never replaces software. It means replacement is an operator decision, not a prerequisite for adopting governed operating infrastructure. The operator chooses the road. SeniorCRE does not force the architecture.
