What SeniorCRE is doing

When operators choose it

- Definitions are written once, so the same word means the same thing in clinical, labor, revenue, and capital reporting.
- Source authority is declared per domain — which system wins when two disagree, decided in advance and in writing.
- Reconciliation runs once under governed rules instead of being repeated downstream in spreadsheets each month.
- Lineage holds: every governed figure traces back to the source row and system that produced it.
- No rip-and-replace is required. This is the category-defining motion and remains the primary corporate narrative.
What this pilot demonstrates first
The Road 1 pilot is demonstrated one step at a time, in this order. Each step is read-only over the Operator-Controlled Operating Record, runs on operator-supplied exports, and is demonstrated — never claimed as live in operator production.
- 1. One governed field first — Census and occupancy, governed from one fact — which units were occupied on which dates — reconciled to billing and the ledger, with every figure traced to its source rows.
- 2. Quality occupancy and early warning — Placement fit and community-level strain signals surfaced from governed values, before they show up in a monthly report.
- 3. Care-creep detection — The gap between the care a resident receives and the care level they are assessed and billed for, reported as an exception for a person to review. It runs only after a named licensed clinical owner signs off.
Readmission, transfer and quality-measure lineage follow later, as the record’s entities deepen. These are readiness views over the governed record, not payor results. SeniorCRE publishes no readmission, utilization or dollar figures from the pilot, and no payor feed is live.
