Who we serve
Senior housing & care operators managing 10 to 40 communities across multiple systems. The problem shows up first at 10 to 40 communities, when multiple systems repeatedly disagree over consequential census, labor, care, compliance, revenue, and NOI numbers.
The Operator-Controlled Operating Record is designed and not yet implemented in any community.
The primary seat
The infrastructure is designed around the operator: the operator decides which definition and which source govern each consequential figure — census, labor, care, compliance, revenue and NOI — and the decision is kept with its reconciliation and lineage.
Two forms of operator authority: data authority — who decides what is true? — and architecture authority — who decides what systems remain or are replaced? Both answers are the operator.
Two deployment choices, chosen by the operator
Inside the operator
Each seat asks a different question of the same governed figures. Each page offers a 30-minute Governance Gap Assessment for that seat.
“Which number governs when the board asks?”
Enterprise definitions and the authority behind each reported figure.
Read this seat“Why does the close keep reopening?”
Labor, care-level revenue and vendor spend reconciled under written rules.
Read this seat“Which census and staffing figure do we act on?”
Census, labor and acuity-to-staffing governed by community.
Read this seat“Which record is authoritative for care?”
Clinical source authority declared by the operator, with lineage retained.
Read this seat“Which number is my community judged on?”
Community-level figures that match what the region and owner see.
Read this seatSeniorCRE is the operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care. It is designed to establish operator-controlled definitions, source authority, reconciliation, and lineage in the Operator-Controlled Operating Record across retained systems, or carry selected system-of-record functions after their production-entry gates clear. Clinical record surfaces are built; medication administration and eMAR remain roadmap — not built and excluded from Road 2 starting scope. The future native clinical configuration is not currently deployable: function-specific build, clinical-safety review and sign-off, end-to-end validation, data readiness and operator acceptance are required. The operator chooses the configuration.
Govern first. Replace only by choice.
Around the operator
These seats read the operator's figures; they do not set them. What any of them may see is the operator's decision.
“Is the operating data behind my portfolio governed?”
How operator definitions, source authority and lineage would support owner reporting.
Read this seat“What is designed, what is demonstrated, and what is still gated?”
The thesis, dated readiness disclosures and the evidence that would change them.
Read this seat“How do ownership and operations read the same month?”
One governed representation for both seats, at different scopes of authority.
Read this seat“How do I discuss operating data credibly in a transaction?”
What an operator-controlled record would and would not establish.
Read this seatProof pass
Each seat reads the same record from a different angle. Statements carry a status and either an artifact or a dated qualification.
Every seat reads one reconciled record rather than a per-department extract.
BUILTThe operator governs which system wins when systems disagree.
BUILTEvery number a seat sees is traceable to the system that produced it.
BUILTSeat-level workflows are designed; not validated, not reported from operator production.
BUILTExercised against representative data. Stated as of October 16, 2026.
Status language follows the evidence ladder on /evidence-architecture. No claim on this page is asserted as running in a named operator’s production environment as of October 16, 2026. Third-party marks are referenced nominatively and remain the property of their owners.

The Executive Briefing starts from one contested figure and shows how its definition, source authority, reconciliation and lineage would be governed.
