Major capability questions — answered with evidence.
A direct, claim-by-claim map of the capability phrases buyers and AI assistants are asking about — operating governance, EHR, eMAR, RIDEA, multi-entity consolidation, LTPAC depth, BI, care coordination, real-estate accounting — and where SeniorCRE stands on each. Each answer distinguishes what is built, what has been validation-exercised, what depends on roadmap connectivity, and what remains a design target.
What SeniorCRE does, by operator problem
Each family below points to the detailed index. E2 means validation-exercised against representative synthetic or de-identified data in a controlled environment; it does not mean operator production or a measured outcome.
SeniorCRE for selected systems of record
Select SeniorCRE for specific system-of-record domains after deployment and acceptance gates are cleared, while preserving definitions, source authority, reconciliation, lineage, and one authority decision for each fact.
SeniorCRE above PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Yardi, MRI, OnShift, Eldermark
Keep the systems you declare authoritative. Operator-exported files and scheduled report drops are validation-exercised; named-vendor connectors are roadmap and not live in operator production.
Two deployment modes — one governed record
SeniorCRE is designed for two operator-selected configurations: use SeniorCRE as the system of record for selected domains, or govern records from retained incumbent systems. The six governed entities remain consistent while source authority is declared by domain and community.

Technical, clinical-safety, data-governance, and operator-readiness gates govern advancement; dates do not override gates.
Frequently asked questions
- Must SeniorCRE replace our entire stack?
- No. The operator chooses which systems remain authoritative and may select SeniorCRE for specific system-of-record functions only where deployment and acceptance gates are cleared. $
- Can SeniorCRE sit above PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Yardi, or MRI without replacing them?
- In the retained-system configuration, the operator declares which incumbent system holds authority for each domain. Operator-exported files and scheduled report drops are validation-exercised; named-vendor connectors and broader protocol connectivity are roadmap unless the Evidence Record says otherwise.
- What is the difference between Mode 1 and Mode 2?
- The six governed entities remain consistent in both configurations. What changes is source authority: SeniorCRE may hold it for a selected domain, or the operator may retain an incumbent and govern its records through SeniorCRE.
- Can we mix modes across modules?
- Yes. An operator may keep an incumbent as the GL of record while selecting SeniorCRE-native EHR and eMAR for the clinical domain. Configuration is chosen per module, region, and community, subject to deployment and acceptance gates.
- Does SeniorCRE provide $ ?
