We treat that as a test of us, not of you. If a governed operating record does not make your morning shorter, it will not survive your building, and it should not.
Two ways to run it, and the choice is the operator’s: keep the systems the building runs today and let SeniorCRE govern what they produce, or deploy SeniorCRE itself as the system of record for census, scheduling, the bed board and the clinical record. Either way the operator declares the meanings and the authority; SeniorCRE holds what was declared.
The purchase is approved above you. The renewal is decided by you, in behavior, before anyone asks your opinion.
So the test is not whether the platform was installed, or whether a regional likes the portfolio view. It is whether the executive director reads a governed figure instead of rebuilding one, and whether a disagreement gets flagged against the record instead of argued on a call. If that does not happen, the deployment has failed regardless of what a dashboard shows.
We publish that test before we can pass it. No operator runs SeniorCRE in operator production today, so we have no measured behavior change to report and we claim none.
