Operating infrastructure for senior housing & care

Your systems disagree. Who decides which number governs?

SeniorCRE® establishes the Operator-Controlled Operating Record across your operations—resolving conflicting information through operator-defined authority while preserving the evidence and decision lineage behind every governing value.

The problem isn't that you lack data—it's that your systems can disagree about reality.

Coherence before Intelligence.

SeniorCRE makes your operating information coherent before intelligence acts on it.

Keep the systems you have. Or choose SeniorCRE as your system of record. Either way, the operator determines what governs.

Source evidence, the Operator Authority Chain™, reconciliation and lineage establish what governs. SeniorCRE Intelligence reasons downstream; execution remains within operator-defined permissions.

Watch The Architecture of Coherence

Two roads. One operating architecture.

Road 1

Govern your existing systems

Start with one disputed census or labor figure from your own exports. Agree the definition, name the authority and preserve the determination with its evidence.

Your existing systems stay in place. Named third-party connectors remain roadmap, not live; operator workflow proof is still required.

Road 2

Run on SeniorCRE

Begin from a bounded scope: resident and operating information, tablet charting and recorded incident notices. Retain paper alongside; agree scope, success criteria and exit terms.

Starting scope excludes medication/eMAR, billing, payments and payroll. Medication administration and eMAR are roadmap, not built; clinical domains require build and clinical sign-off.

Govern first. Replace only by choice.

Operating evidence. Enterprise decisions.

Capital, clinical care, labor, compliance and NOI decisions depend on operating information the organization is authorized to use—not simply another consolidated report.

Current company stage

Pre-production. The Operator-Controlled Operating Record is designed and not yet implemented in any community. No operator workflow validation, production deployment or measured operator outcomes are claimed.

Review readiness and evidence

First governing decision

Your first governing decision starts with one disputed number.

An operator can begin with a single figure the systems already read differently, rather than a platform-wide program.

  1. 01

    Identify the discrepancy

Choose one census, labor, or financial figure your systems disagree about, and keep the source values behind each reading.

  2. 02

    Establish definition and authority

Agree which definition applies, who is authorized to decide, and how that determination is recorded when systems still disagree.

  3. 03

    Define the evidence required

State what would demonstrate the governing workflow: source lineage, the authorized determination, and who reviewed it.

That yields one governed number and a reviewable record of how it was reached. It is a starting scope, not a measured outcome; operator workflow evidence is what changes that claim.
