What SeniorCRE is
SeniorCRE is operating infrastructure, not another point solution. It establishes one operator-controlled, governed operating record that connects care, labor, compliance, occupancy, finance, NOI, and capital decisions so executives, teams, AI agents, and boards operate from one governed operating record.
Operators can keep the systems that work. SeniorCRE does not require rip-and-replace. Replacement is not required: SeniorCRE governs the operating record above an incumbent EHR, eMAR, general ledger, payroll, or scheduling system, and can serve as the clinical system of record where the operator selects that configuration.
What we will not do
We will not require an operator to rip out systems that work. We will not hold an operator's data hostage. We will not let an agent answer a clinical question it cannot source. We will not publish an ROI figure we did not measure. We will not turn an operating target into a marketing fact. We will not ship a deployment we cannot repeat.
Who we build for
Our beachhead is operators running 10 to 40 communities — large enough that fragmentation is expensive, small enough to move without a two-year committee cycle.
