Over the past 24+ years, his journey in commercial real estate and investments has been driven by a passion for helping others—whether it’s investors seeking financial growth, families looking for quality senior living businesses to buy and sell, or operators striving to provide exceptional care. As the Founder and Partner of HavenCo, a faith-driven holding company, he helps lead SeniorCRE, Haven Senior Investments and Haven Realty, all dedicated to the senior living industry. Additionally, as the Founder and CEO of Haven Senior Living Partners, his focus extends to acquisitions and investments in senior housing developments across the U.S. At our core, we believe in values-based investing—aligning financial stewardship with a higher purpose. Our team has facilitated over $2 billion in senior housing transactions, providing expert advisory, brokerage, and investment services. We partner with sellers, buyers, accredited investors, developers, and operators to navigate the complexities of this growing sector, ensuring strategic and purpose-driven operations and investments. With 25+ years in real estate, Rebecca has led transactions exceeding $500 million in senior housing assets. She currently oversees the national sales team at the HavenCo Group of Companies, guiding strategy and execution for assisted living, memory care, independent living, and skilled nursing communities. She holds real estate licenses in California and Colorado, along with certifications as a California RCFE Administrator, Texas Assisted Living Manager, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Aging-in-Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders. These credentials underscore her commitment to delivering full-spectrum expertise and values-driven solutions to the senior housing market.

Michael brings 17 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer and Team Lead, shipping production systems for fintech, enterprise, and government clients. He has led engineering teams through complex builds involving multi-party integrations, regulatory requirements, and tight deadlines. Michael now focuses on AI-driven development to deliver faster while maintaining the reliability that complex platforms demand.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Avanti Senior Living, Alford is passionate about empowering older adults with endless choices, state-of-the-art technology, sophisticated living and care and wellness that surpasses the highest benchmarks. Throughout her career, Lori has embraced the “disruptive theory” and has explored ways to challenge the status quo in order to improve the life of seniors and workplace environment. As one of senior living’s most respected innovators, Lori draws from nearly 20 years of experience in senior living as she forges industry-transforming practices and perceptions for senior living. Her passion is focusing on the people and creating a culture of empowerment and pride. Previously, she served as COO of one of the largest assisted living companies in the industry where she was responsible for 32 communities across 10 states and an annual revenues of more than $100M. Lori is actively involved in disrupting the industry and is a frequent speaker and panelist. She has a passion for inspiring women to achieve the best they can be!

Ellis "Bud" Rainsberger

Bud joined Waverly Advisors in October of 2023 after Rainsberger Wealth Advisors was acquired by Waverly.  He serves as a Partner, Wealth Advisors and Regional Director for the Denver and Colorado Springs regions. Bud  is a graduate of Kansas State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He played strong safety for the Wildcats. A frequent lecturer to civic and professional groups nationwide, he has appeared as a financial commentator on television news interviews for NBC and CBS affiliates and quoted for articles in USA Today, The Dow Jones Investment Advisor, and The Wall Street Journal. Bud started his financial career for A.G. Becker, the predecessor to SEI in 1980, and started RWA in 1990.
