Our multi-tenant operator system allows senior housing & care organizations to manage multiple properties and operations under separate tenant environments with custom configurations, branding, workflows, and resource quotas tailored to each organization's needs.
Multi-tenant isolation is part of the architecture roadmap. When live, each tenant environment will have its own data, configurations, users, and resources, with access controls and security practices appropriate to the data involved.
Access your tenant configuration through the admin dashboard where you can customize general settings, branding, feature toggles, workflows, and custom fields. Changes apply immediately to your organization's environment.
You can customize primary and secondary colors, logo, dashboard theme (light/dark/auto), and various UI elements to match your organization's brand identity. All changes are reflected across the entire platform for your tenant.
The Clinical Dashboard (/operator-dashboard/clinical) is a unified hub for clinical operations on the operator roadmap. It is designed to provide role-based views for CNAs, nurses, clinical directors, and practitioners with activity timelines, clinical summaries, risk alerts, and access to eMAR, Clinical Documentation, Practitioner Orders, Lab Ordering, Pharmacist Reviews, Formulary, ICD-10/SNOMED, MDS, vitals, and EHR integrations. Live scope is tracked in the Roadmap Hub; access it from the Operator Dashboard sidebar.
SeniorCRE has no operator deployment in production; capabilities are built with select senior housing & care communities to refine and validate the platform's operational capabilities. During this phase, pilot partners receive hands-on support, early access to new features, and direct input into platform development priorities.
