Three deliverables come out of the operating record: an operating variance report, a board pack extract, and a Quality Occupancy view. Each is shown in full with synthetic data so an operator can judge the column set, the source-of-record attribution, and how disagreement between two systems is handled — without SeniorCRE publishing an industry average it cannot stand behind. Variances are stated in units, days, hours, and percentage points; no financial value is assigned to any line.
Operating variance report
Plan versus actual across occupied units, move-ins and move-outs, care-level reassessments, nursing hours per resident day, agency share of nursing hours, shift fill inside 24 hours, and billing-ready census days. Every row names the system the figure came from — property management system, CRM, clinical record, time and attendance, scheduling, or billing ledger — and whether the line is reconciled, an exception, or awaiting source.
Open reconciliation exceptions are listed separately with the two systems in conflict, a named owner, a state, and an age in days. Where systems disagree the artifact shows the disagreement rather than silently picking a winner, because the record is governed where the data lives, not where it is displayed.
Board pack extract
One page stating what the record says, what is not yet reconciled, where source authority sits for each figure, and what the operator decides. It does not recommend a dollar action and does not assign a financial value to variances. It puts the same numbers, with the same provenance, in front of operations, clinical, and finance at the same time.
Quality Occupancy view
Occupancy level, acuity match, staffing coverage against acuity, revenue integrity, and stability are reported as separate weighted components with their own source of record and definition. They are not collapsed into a single headline score claim.
Why the samples carry no dollar figures
SeniorCRE publishes no per-bed leakage figure, no average recovery, and no clinical outcome claim. The samples demonstrate the structure of the deliverable; an operator’s own systems supply the values when the same artifact is run against their data.
