Real-Time Med Pass
Caregivers chart at the point of administration, not after the fact.
DALLAS · ASSISTED LIVING · PRODUCT BRIEF
An electronic medication administration record designed for assisted living — charting at the point of administration, exception capture with reason codes, controlled-substance counts, and an audit trail a surveyor can read. No error-reduction figures are published. Status: medication administration and eMAR are roadmap, not built — they require completed build work and clinical sign-off before any community uses them. The capabilities below describe the design.

Two ways to run it
Keep the systems you run today and let SeniorCRE govern what they produce, or deploy SeniorCRE itself as the system of record for the areas you choose. Both are supported; the choice belongs to the operator.
Status: capabilities described here are built. No third-party vendor connector is live in operator production today, and no operator production results are published. Named-vendor connectors are roadmap.
