The Evidence

Executive summary

This video explains how SeniorCRE distinguishes demonstrable capability from measured outcomes for senior housing & care. Its six-state evidence ladder runs from conceptual specification through independent validation, with each claim limited to the evidence it has earned. SeniorCRE reports built capabilities demonstrable on request and validation exercises where specified using synthetic or de-identified data—not completed operator-production deployments or measured operator outcomes. The video also identifies limits around connector testing, operator-production PHI, and independent review. A publication chain and claim change log define when claims must be withdrawn or downgraded, with dates, reasons, and conditions for restoration recorded.

What this video answers

  • What has SeniorCRE demonstrated, and what remains unproven?
  • How does SeniorCRE distinguish built capability, validation, and production outcomes?
  • What are the six states of SeniorCRE's evidence ladder?
  • What evidence is required to support an operator outcome claim?
  • What are the current limits on connector testing, PHI, and independent validation?
  • What happens when the evidence supporting a published claim changes?

Key takeaways

  • Built capability and controlled validation do not establish operator-production outcomes.
  • No completed operator-production deployment or named operator outcome is reported.
  • Connector exercises are limited to vendor sandboxes and synthetic extracts; operator-production PHI remains behind an operator governance gate.
  • Claims must be withdrawn or downgraded when their supporting evidence no longer holds.
  • Claim changes record the date, reason, and conditions for restoration.

Where this sits in the architecture

  1. Evidence
  2. Disagreement
  3. Authority
  4. Governing Record
  5. Intelligence
  6. Execution

Model confidence never creates organizational authority. The governed operating record is designed and not yet implemented in any community — see the evidence record.

THE EVIDENCE RECORD

Capability is not outcome.

What has SeniorCRE actually proven?

01 · THE PREMISE

Every other page asks you to apply a standard.

One ladder Six states. Nothing jumps the line.

One register Every claim, with the state it has earned.

One set of definitions Published before the proof exists.

This page applies that standard to us.

02 · THE EVIDENCE LADDER

Built is not validated. Validated is not deployed.

E0 · Conceptual Specified precisely enough to be argued with.

E1 · Built Exists and can be demonstrated live, without slideware.

E2 · Validation-exercised Run end to end against representative data in a controlled environment.

03 · THE UPPER RUNGS

An outcome requires a named environment.

E3 · Operator-instrumented Real operator data, measured against a defined baseline.

E4 · Operator-validated Outcome measured in named operator production, with lineage stated.

E5 · Independently validated Reviewed by a qualified independent party under a disclosed methodology.

Nothing jumps the line. A claim may be written at any point; it may only be published after the step above it exists.

04 · THE PUBLICATION CHAIN

A claim earns its way into public.

CLAIM → CAPABILITY → VALIDATION → PRODUCTION → MEASUREMENT → EVIDENCE → PUBLISHED

When a step is removed, the published claim is withdrawn — not softened.

05 · DIFFERENT WORDS, DIFFERENT PROOF

These are not synonyms. We do not use them as such.

Built Proves existence. The thing is real and can be shown.

Validated Proves behavior under tested conditions, against representative data.

Production Proves an outcome in a named operator environment. Only this is an outcome.

06 · CURRENT EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

Here is the line we will not step over.

Built Yes — demonstrable on request.

Validation exercised Yes, where specified — synthetic or de-identified data.

Operator production Not yet. No completed operator-production deployment.

Named operator outcome Not yet. None measured or published.

These statuses change only when the evidence changes. Not when a quarter ends, not when a deal closes, not when a competitor publishes something stronger.

07 · WHAT WE CANNOT PROVE YET

Every open claim carries the gate that would change it.

Third-party connectors Exercised against vendor sandboxes and synthetic extracts only.

PHI in operator production Held behind a governance gate cleared with the operator.

Independent validation No independent party has reviewed an operator outcome, because none exists to review.

08 · THE CLAIM CHANGE LOG

We publish what we took back.

Withdrawn The supporting step no longer exists, so the claim comes down.

Downgraded The claim moves to the state the evidence actually supports.

Recorded With the date, the reason, and what would restore it.

Gates, then dates. Never the reverse.

NOW APPLY THE SAME STANDARD TO US

Read the Evidence Record.

What we claim, what supports it, what does not yet exist, and what changed. Governed truth, applied to ourselves.
