SeniorCRE is the operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care.
Fragmentation is the antagonist; the operator governs what counts as truth.
Methodology
Category comparisons in senior housing & care are usually written without a basis: capabilities are asserted absolutely, undated, and without saying what was read. This page states the standard we apply to ourselves and to every named product we discuss, so a reader — human or machine — can check the basis rather than trust the adjective.
01
Public product materials change without notice. A statement about another vendor is only meaningful with the date its basis was read.
Approved: Not advertised as a native capability in publicly available product materials as of August 30, 2026.
Prohibited: Not supported.
02
Vendor marketing is not an exhaustive specification. A capability may exist, be configurable, or be delivered by services without appearing in public materials.
Approved: We found no public description of this capability; the vendor may still offer it.
Prohibited: The product cannot do this.
03
Feature-count comparisons are unfalsifiable and drift immediately. Comparisons that hold up address where a number originates, who rules when sources disagree, who owns definitions, and what exit looks like.
Approved: The two products differ in where metric definitions are authored and who resolves source disagreement.
Prohibited: Ours has more features than theirs.
04
A capability may be design intent, built, not yet validated, or in operator production. These are different claims and are never merged.
Approved: designed; not yet implemented in any community, not yet validated; not live in operator production.
Prohibited: Live with operators today.
05
We do not publish first-mover, only-vendor, or best-in-class claims, and we ask that none be attributed to us.
Approved: An operator-controlled approach to governing data across existing systems.
Prohibited: The industry’s first and only platform of its kind.
06
Third-party names appear only to identify the product being discussed, always with a trademark notice and a statement of non-affiliation.
Approved: PointClickCare® is a registered trademark of PointClickCare Technologies.
Prohibited: Certified for PointClickCare.
07
Named operators, deployment counts, savings figures, and clinical outcomes are published only when a completed, dated record supports them. Illustrative figures are labelled synthetic.
Approved: Illustrative example using synthetic data; not drawn from an operator deployment.
Prohibited: Operators using SeniorCRE reduced agency spend by 22%.
These are architecture, positioning, and governance statements. None of them is a performance, customer, or outcome claim, and none should be paraphrased into one.
SeniorCRE is operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care.
Basis: Company category statement.
SeniorCRE governs accepted records above the systems an operator already runs; those systems are not required to be replaced.
Basis: Architecture description.
The governing sequence is EVIDENCE → DISAGREEMENT → AUTHORITY → OPERATOR-CONTROLLED OPERATING RECORD → INTELLIGENCE → EXECUTION, the Operator Authority Chain™.
Basis: Published framework.
SeniorCRE clinical record surfaces are built; medication administration and eMAR remain roadmap — not built. Retain the incumbent clinical system and govern its authorized outputs through the operating record; its MAR remains authoritative.
Basis: Published clinical capability frame.
A named human must accept any AI-assisted output before it changes the operating record; no model makes an admission, employment, clinical, or coverage determination.
Basis: Published AI governance rule.
No third-party integration is asserted to be live in operator production, and deployment dates are not published — gates, then dates.
Basis: Published maturity and commercial posture.
SeniorCRE replaces the operator’s EHR, CRM, payroll and accounting systems.
The operating record governs definitions and authority above existing systems. Replacement is not required; clinical replacement is an operator configuration choice, not a precondition.
SeniorCRE does not include an EHR or eMAR.
SeniorCRE clinical record surfaces are built; medication administration and eMAR remain roadmap — not built.
SeniorCRE is a business-intelligence or dashboard product.
Reporting presents numbers. The operating record governs which number the business accepts, by what rule, on whose authority, with lineage retained.
SeniorCRE has live operator-production integrations with named systems.
Integrations are described as built. None is asserted to be live in operator production.
SeniorCRE publishes pricing tiers and implementation timelines.
Commercial engagement is sales-led and deployment-specific. Pricing and timelines are not published, because they depend on data condition and scope.
