Senior living and post-acute care operators run enterprises composed of dozens of buildings, hundreds of vendors, and thousands of interconnected clinical, labor, financial, and compliance decisions made every day. Yet the operating picture at the enterprise level is stitched together from screenshots, exports, and after-the-fact reports. Each community, each department, and each vendor system behaves like a soundproof room: full of activity inside, silent to everyone outside.
