Mixed-acuity residents carry governed clinical, billing, and family evidence across move-ups and transitions, with retained systems remaining authoritative where the operator declares them so.
HoldCo → REIT → OpCo → PropCo consolidation is target-state behavior computed from accepted records and operator-declared definitions. Clinical outcomes, labor cost, and NOI retain source authority and lineage.
Named-vendor connectors for PointClickCare®, MatrixCare®, Yardi®, RealPage®, and QuickBooks® are roadmap and not live in operator production. The operator selects the authority topology — retain those systems and govern the record above them, or have SeniorCRE assume selected system-of-record functions. Either way reconciliation follows the operator’s approved rules, with lineage to source.
