DALLAS, TX — June 29, 2026 — SeniorCRE, the Operating Infrastructure for senior housing & care, today introduced the Operating Infrastructure — a productized roster of twenty governed operating-intelligence agents running against a single operator-controlled operating record across resident, care plan, ledger, shift, property/unit, and entity.
The Layer formalizes the architectural commitment behind SeniorCRE's four named AI systems — PIIEL, WRIE, LCIFS, and ALIRP — and ladders them, alongside three clinicalOS agents in the operator dashboard (Reimbursement, Survey Readiness, and Documentation), into a coherent twenty-agent operating layer for the senior housing & care and post-acute industry. [Errata, September 13, 2026: under the definition of production SeniorCRE publishes today, these systems were built. They were not running in a named operator's live production environment. No operator is running SeniorCRE in production today.]
"The industry has spent a decade buying point-AI features and stitching them across disconnected stacks. What operators and their capital partners actually need is governed authority — agents that cite source rows, preserve lineage, and require human approval before anything operationally consequential happens."
What the Operating Infrastructure Is
The Operating Infrastructure is twenty SeniorCRE-built agents organized across five pillars:
- Revenue Integrity & Census — Census-at-Risk Sentinel, Move-In Velocity Coach, Rate-Integrity Auditor, Move-Out Root-Cause Analyzer, Therapy & Ancillary Capture Auditor.
- Labor & Staffing Intelligence — Agency-Burn Forecaster, Staffing-to-Acuity Balancer, Workforce Retention Predictor.
- Clinical, Risk & Compliance — Level-of-Care Reassessment Sentinel, Survey-Readiness Auditor, Incident & Risk Pattern Detector, Family-Communication Quality Monitor, Med-Pass Exception Analyzer.
- Financial Performance & Controls — Occupancy & NOI Forecaster, Collections & AR Triage, Vendor-Spend Anomaly Watch, Unit-Turn & CapEx Throughput Tracker.
- Capital & Portfolio Intelligence — Capital-Partner Pack Generator, Market & Rate-Position Tracker, Covenant & Lender Watchtower.
What Is Built Today
Four named AI systems are built in SeniorCRE environments: PIIEL (Physician Intent Intake & Execution Layer), WRIE (Workforce Retention Intelligence Engine™), LCIFS (Labor Cost Intelligence & Forecasting System), and ALIRP (Asset Lifecycle Intelligence & Replacement Planning). Three clinical agents — Reimbursement, Survey Readiness, and Documentation — are also demonstrable there. None is running in operator production today.
The Operating Infrastructure describes a planned expansion from that built foundation. Sequence and timing remain governed by the Roadmap Hub and deployment gates rather than a published calendar commitment.
Governance Posture
The Layer is built around a single operating standard: no agent output should be operationally consequential unless it is measurable, auditable, attributable to source records, reviewed by an authorized human, and routed through a defined consequence path.
- Every recommendation cites its sources. Agents surface the rows they relied on.
- Operator-owned data, no cross-tenant training. Every agent is designed to run within the operator's approved authority boundary.
- Human-in-the-loop by design. Actions touching clinical care, billing, HR, family communication, or capital reporting require explicit approval.
- Immutable audit trail. Every model invocation, override, and approval is logged for compliance and capital partners.
Availability
Founding Operator Commercialization Program terms are scope-specific and provided under NDA. Founding Cohort I is limited to direct operators of 10 to 40 communities, and production entry is governed by written acceptance gates. The complete agent roster, capability status, and governance framework are available to qualified operators under NDA.
