Monthly cadence
Sent in the first week of each month, covering the month prior. Every note carries the same six sections, in the same order, whether the month was good or not.
Pre-production. No operator is running the platform in an operator production environment today.
We do not publish occupancy, labor, claims, or survey outcomes until a named operator engagement produces them in production, with lineage back to the source system.
The note is sent in months where nothing shipped. A cadence that only appears in good months is a marketing channel, not an execution signal.
The note goes to subscribers by email rather than to a public page. Operator-specific detail, gate structure, and the full corrections list belong with people who asked for them, not with search engines.
