Integration Readiness | Senior Housing Operating Record
Every authorized source — EHR, CRM, GL/ERP, WFM, payroll, incident, census — maps into governed entity classes. Agents, dashboards, benchmarks, and marketplace surfaces read accepted values only after authority is declared.
Six entity classes carry definition, authority, reconciliation, and lineage.

Frequently asked questions
- Is SeniorCRE building an integration platform from scratch?
- No. The substrate exists in the repository and has been exercised in validation environments: schema discovery, transformation, governed mapping, integration status surfaces, EHR / HL7 / FHIR handling, accounting abstraction, and workforce-intelligence scaffolding. Named-vendor connectors are roadmap, and no third-party connector is live in operator production.
- What is the operator-controlled operating record?
- An authority layer per community spanning six entity classes: Resident, Care Plan, Ledger, Shift, Property / Unit, and Entity. Operator-approved records map into those classes with definition, source authority, reconciliation state, alternate values, and lineage preserved.
- Which connector categories are roadmap priorities?
- Ledger, CRM / census, WFM / payroll, and EHR connector categories are roadmap priorities. Named-vendor connectors, including PointClickCare and MatrixCare, require written scope, vendor access, acceptance gates, and are not live in operator production.
- Does SeniorCRE replace the systems we already run?
- Most operators deploy SeniorCRE alongside the systems they already pay for — EHR, ERP, CRM, WFM — as the operator-controlled operating infrastructure layer. However, SeniorCRE can also be selected as the core system for operations, and operators may choose to replace legacy systems over time as part of a governed migration. The path depends on your contract, risk posture, and implementation plan.
- What does a Founding Operator engagement actually fund?
- Not the construction of an integration platform. It funds three things: (1) mapping your authorized stack — GL, CRM/census, WFM/payroll, EHR/eMAR, incident — into the governed operating record; (2) publishing the source-authority and reconciliation contract against approved records; and (3) back-testing the first proof agent in decision-support mode before any production claim.
