It is not the purchase of a finished product, and it is not a claim that the record is running in an operator production environment today. The record is being built; the work is pre-production by design, and instrumented from day one to produce evidence you can verify.

- A partnership in which a small number of qualified senior housing & care operators co-develop the operator-controlled operating record on their own operating environment, under their own authority. It is a development partnership, not the purchase of a finished product, and it is pre-production by design.
- Which operators is it for?
- Generally direct operators of 10–40 communities, with usable source information across clinical, workforce and finance/accounting, a named data owner with authority to authorize access, and an executive sponsor at the CEO, COO, CFO or CCO level.
- Can an operator join alongside others?
- SeniorCRE limits active co-development partners to one per operating configuration and one per region so the governance model stays consistent, the roadmap stays legible, and each partner gets a named implementation relationship. Multiple partners are sequenced, not stacked.
- What happens to the incumbent clinical system?
- The operator’s incumbent clinical system remains the clinical system of record, and exactly one authoritative medication record is maintained at all times. SeniorCRE reads alongside it under the operator’s authorized direction and makes no clinical determination, changes no level of care and alters no resident charge.
