It is not the purchase of a finished product, and it is not a claim that the record is running in an operator production environment today. The record is being built; the work is pre-production by design, and instrumented from day one to produce evidence you can verify.
Cohort discipline
We limit active co-development partners to one per operating configuration and one per region. That keeps the governance model consistent, the roadmap legible, and every partner in a named relationship rather than a queue. If the fit is right, we will sequence a second configuration; we will not stack simultaneous custom builds that fragment the record we are asking you to help govern.
Clinical commitment
Your incumbent clinical system remains your clinical system of record, and exactly one authoritative medication record is maintained at all times. SeniorCRE reads alongside it under your authorized direction and makes no clinical determination, changes no level of care, and alters no resident charge — those decisions remain with your licensed personnel.
