Founding Operator Program — terms, economics and capability status
This page carries the detail behind the SeniorCRE Founding Operator Commercialization Program: cohort economics quoted under NDA against the operator’s own portfolio, eligibility and disqualification criteria, the selection sequence, the named readiness and acceptance gates that govern production entry, security posture, the evidence program, and a capability status table. No price, rate formula or year-one range is published on any SeniorCRE surface, and no operator deployment is live in production today.
Economics and term
Founding economics are sized against the operator’s own portfolio — average community size, number of integrated source systems, care mix, the number of state regulatory and payer environments the record must reconcile, and the number and cadence of governed reporting packages — and are quoted under NDA. The contracted term, snap-back date and post-term rate are set at signing. Communities added during the term are onboarded by executed addendum.
Eligibility and disqualifications
Founding Cohort I is limited to five direct operators running 10 to 40 communities with an executive sponsor at the CEO, COO, CFO or Chief Clinical Officer level, a clinical record system already in production, and a defined AR / GL system. Operators at 41 or more communities are routed to a separate Strategic Enterprise engagement.
Production-entry gates
Production entry is governed by named gates rather than published dates: Authority Workshop Complete, First Source Connected, First Governed Metric, First Community Production, First Governed Board Record, and Portfolio Wave Complete.
Capability status
Status language follows the BUILT / VALIDATION-EXERCISED / ROADMAP standard. No claim on these pages is asserted as running in a named operator’s production environment. No third-party integration is live in operator production today; described connectivity reflects design intent and pre-production validation.
Frequently asked questions
- What does the Founding Operator Program cost?
- SeniorCRE publishes no price, rate formula or year-one range. Economics are quoted under NDA against the operator’s own portfolio, and implementation scope and fees are defined in the applicable order form.
- When does the platform enter production?
- Production entry is governed by named readiness and acceptance gates — Authority Workshop Complete, First Source Connected, First Governed Metric, First Community Production, First Governed Board Record, Portfolio Wave Complete — not by a published go-live date.
- Who owns the data?
- The operator owns the governed operating record, including aggregated and de-identified forms, as codified in Terms of Service § 4. There is no resale to pharma, payers, ACOs, reinsurers or researchers without an opt-in Data Licensing Addendum.
