SeniorCRE® Introduces the Operating Infrastructure — Twenty Governed Agents on One Auditable Record for Senior Housing & Care
SeniorCRE, the operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care, today introduced the Operating Infrastructure — a productized roster of twenty governed operating-intelligence agents running against a single canonical operating record across Resident, Care Plan, Ledger, Shift, Property/Unit, and Entity. The Layer formalizes the architectural commitment behind SeniorCRE’s four named AI systems already in production — PIIEL, WRIE, LCIFS, and ALIRP — and ladders them, alongside three clinicalOS agents already live in the operator dashboard, into a coherent twenty-agent operating layer for the senior living and post-acute industry.
What is shipping today
Four named AI systems are built and demoable in the SeniorCRE platform today: PIIEL (Physician Intent Intake & Execution Layer), WRIE (Workforce Retention Intelligence Engine), LCIFS (Labor Cost Intelligence & Forecasting System), and ALIRP (Asset Lifecycle Intelligence & Replacement Planning). Three clinicalOS agents — Reimbursement, Survey Readiness, and Documentation — are live in the operator dashboard. The Operating Infrastructure ships in two waves: Wave 1 (agents 01–10) inside the first twelve months of a Founding deployment, and Wave 2 (11–20) over the following twelve.
Availability
The full Operating Infrastructure is included in the Founding Operator Commercialization Program with no per-agent activation fees during the Founding term.
