- The SeniorCRE API design exposes governed resident, care-plan, ledger, shift, bed, and entity evidence across clinical, workforce, financial, compliance, and AI domains. Public materials describe the governed surface and acceptance gates; named third-party connectors are not live in operator production.
- How is access controlled?
- API keys are scoped per tenant and mapped to the 33-role hierarchy. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database via Row Level Security and `has_role()` — keys cannot escape their scope.
- Are writes audited?
- Yes. Every API write is designed to append tenant-scoped audit evidence for review, security, and HIPAA-governed workflows.
