Govern first. Replace only by choice. Operators can keep the systems they run today and SeniorCRE governs what those systems produce, or deploy SeniorCRE itself as the system of record, including its own EHR and eMAR, where an operator deliberately chooses that configuration.
Where things stand today
SeniorCRE is pre-production. Described integrations and capabilities reflect design intent and pre-pilot validation, not live operator production use. No operator production data or PHI is processed today. SOC 2 in progress.
